Finn: Nice construction. I'm jealous of all that BLUE stuff you have access

Question...please describe the cable and connectors from your HV supply to
your coil main assembly. I plan an outboard power supply and I am
considering several materials and connectors to best carry the voltage and
current.

Dude, that is one awesome mechanically designed machine there!
I noticed some comments about pictures around Easter.  How long
was it from the point of time where you actually started the 
physical construction until you had first light?  Also if I
may ask, are you an engineer by profession?
