Hi Marc,

	If it is a 3600 RPM motor, you can ONLY grind two flats in it.  Only a
1800 (1725) RPM motor can have four flats.  The conversion only speeds the
motor up a little bit to reach the sync point.

If you want 120 BPS then the 1800 RPM motors get four electrodes on the
disk while 3600 RPM motors only need two electrodes for 120BPS.
