Not too much performance difference, but if you're making a purchasing
choice, always go with the 60mA unit.  The higher current units are more
rugged overall, and one 15/60 will weigh quite a bit less than two 15/30's,
because there is a lot less tar involved, half the casing materal, half the
insulators, etc.  Plus it takes up less space and there are fewer
connections to make.
