Hi Brad,

	If your are serious about getting thousands, any of the manufacture's
representatives will be happy to give you good quantity pricing.  Business
is booming these days in electronics so lead times are long.  If you know
the manufacturer, quantity, value you are looking for, that would narrow it
down.  Since you get them mailed in almost every case, the location of the
Rep. is of little concern if they are in your same country.

Most use proto boards for quick and easy mounting but printed circuit
boards just came up too.
