Hi All,

	I changed E-Tesla to version 6.1 to fix the strike rail height bug Finn
found and clean up a few other minor issues.  Many thanks to Finn and the
others who have made suggestions!

6.00 to 6.10

1.	fixed this file ;-)
2.	fixed strike rail height problem (Thanks Finn)
3.	Added dimension info to input.txt (Thanks Gary)
4.	fixed a few internal comments.
5.	Cleaned up some compatibility stuff suggested by Paul and unused variables.
6.	Changed minimum grid size to 100.
