New! Improved! Active Coiler List!

  Thanks to everybody who's given me info and those who are checking out the
list!  I hear that it's getting a lot of hits and I hope it's helping some
people out.  I made a few more additions, but the big news is the addition
of page holding all of the active coiler info in one clunky HTML table!
That way, people who want to view the list info right away can, without the
hassle of saving a file, then opening it.  I also added a link for the list
in pipe-delimited text (pipe = |) after realizing that comma-delimited was
fair pain with the comments fields being filled with 
commas already.  It's still there, though, if anybody wants it.  Enjoy!
