Applying the Freau equation: 1.7 * sqrt(VA) = length in inches... 204
inches..(17 ft)   At 14 ft, you're doing pretty good...

 (I assume that 60A is at 240V and not 30 kV... if it IS at 30 kV (don't we
all wish...)... 111 feet, but I suspect that the empirical equation breaks
down..)
