To the unknown bipolar TC primary inquirer:

Please use a name next time.

The usual bipolar arrangement is for the two primaries to be connected in
series.  Thus each primary only needs half the total inductance.  You can
use Wintesla, or whatever you are using, by doubling the value of your tank
cap to determine the number of turns needed for half the inductance for each
primary.   Note the double sized cap is ONLY for determining primary turns
for each primary.  Use the normal cap value when you hook the two primaries
and the cap all in series.
