If you just want to match up your MOTs, try feeding
120vac into the high voltage secondary side. Use a
regular multimeter to read the steped-down voltage on
the primary side.  It should only be a few volts. 
This will permit you to accurately calculate turns
ratio and also match up your MOTs.
