HEy to all,
Can someone point me in a direction as to how to get optimum topload.
Here are my specs for our TC,

15kv 30ma nst
parralel safety gap 3 electrode center 1 grounded to earth
homeade plate capacitor ~.005 (this could be way off) polystyrene and
roof flashing Al. in parallel with nst and coil
static spark gap in series with cap and coil.
.25" copper tubing primary .75" center to center tapped around 12 turns
4.25" secondary 22awg 25.5" tall ~900 turns
current topload Al dryer duct toroid ~8" inner ~16" outer
