the BTB ...  is a Triac 600VRM 8A sensitive gate

the MJ10084 is a NPN HV darlington power amp    700 BVcbo 500BVceo 8BVebo
Ic20 175W Hfe20 min TO-3
case    ECG-98   is a good cross.....
