Oh ok, I see now.But these still use 2 diferent resistors.The one at your 
site on your tesla coil tuner uses 1 and a pot.How can i modify that to work 
up to 500khtz?Could I still use a LM555?I ask because I just got 10 of them 
for this purpose:-))
