Brandenburg HV meter

Hi All,
    Picked up a Brandenburg solid state  HV meter.model 88m  it is DC I
assume as it has a three position switch on the front saying test  +
and -  I would like to use it to monitor transformer voltage. What is
the best way to build a divider network to use it for this, and maintain
some degree of accuracy? It reads up to 30 kV.
