somthing that may be of intrest: on a website about high voltage insulators
http://www.insulators-dot-com/service/usawash.htm I found a picture of a
helicopter washing the porcelain on high voltage lines. perhaps this is one
way to do it. though it might not be efficent to do this with a TC! (except
maybe with a small radio control helicopter ;-))
