Help??

I'm almost brand new to the subject of tesla's and would like some
references to good sites for the beginner and also places where I would be
most likely to find parts for a tesla coil. I live in NZ so any input would
be great as me and my older brother are trying to construct a tesla that
would be able to shoot at least 1 metre arcs
