     By my estimates,  you need 0.005uF of capacitance to allow your coil to 
be tuned with the given number of primary turns.  Your 2L  soda bottle 
probably has less than half of that.  You should get a multimeter with a cap 
tester included so you can measure it.  You could parallel more bottles to 
get the capacitance needed.    
    Incidentally, if that is a plastic bottle, it is made of polyethylene 
terphthalate(same as mylar) and will likely fail in operation if operated for 
long periods.  You should start searching for a better cap or make one using 
low density polyethylene as the dielectric.
