Cool :) fire me an email.

The guidlines would be simple. They would have had to have built the MMC to
accepted specs or better, we would publish a basic guidline (Like Terry's)
and if someone builds their MMC to a lower standard, then they're on their
own.

We autopsy the caps and can quickly, reliably tell how and why the caps
failed. If they failed because the operator was flaky and intentionally ran
the caps to failure (this is not an easy thing to do, if they died easy I
wouln't guarentee them now would I :) ).

We also can't enact a quarentee until I sell a bunch more. We have to have
the stock to cover them. Though I don't plan on having to do this too often.

Have fun!
