Hi Gary (been trying to reply a few times - having some email problems),

In reverse, the line connected to pig, the load connected to mains. And
yes, you hit it dead on,
I
had RF tied to the case which was probably the killer.

Needless to say, I went back to my standard configuration with the next
filter and tied house
ground to the case. Been fine ever since.
