Call places that sell plastics. They'll be able to put you in touch with the
folks that mold the stuff. There are a fair number of places that make
hemispheres, etc..  It sort of depends on the thickness of plastic you need.
Thin stuff is fairly cheap.  They heat the sheet of plastic up, put it over
a big hole, and pull a vacuum on it.  Thick walled stuff is expensive,
because they have to cast it in a large mold, and it is tough to get the
bubbles out.
