Paper about TC theory and tuning

Original poster: "Marco Denicolai by way of Terry Fritz <twftesla-at-uswest-dot-net>" <marco.denicolai-at-tellabs-dot-com>

Hello all.

After much reading, thinking, and discussing with Antonio Carlos M. de
Queiroz, I wrote a paper that you can find (and download) at:

http://www.saunalahti.fi/dncmrc/papers.html

It is about TC tuning.
First I describe concisely the theory of operation of the primary and
secondary circuits, getting to the frequency split equations. Then I
examine how to get the maximum secondary voltage and how to get a
complete energy transfer from primary to secondary. Finally I speculate
about the practical relevance of both optimization techniques.

This paper (or a revised version of it) is going to be part of my
licentiate thesis.

Comments, corrections, additions and difference of opinions are WELCOME!

Regards

P.S. As stated in the first section, practical issues are deliberately
skipped in my analysis.
