Hi Bill,

This will work.  You may want to use two or three resistors in series at
each point since the voltage is higher like this.  You should keep the
resistors away from the capacitor bodies since the plates are right under
the tape wrap and they could blow through the side if a lead of opposite
potential were placed right up against the side of the cap.
