	See below.  You gotta be careful and keep the wire taught!

	Place the spool on one END on the floor and pull the wire off over the
other end.  You have to be careful not to let it tangle, (I keep plenty
of pre-cut masking tape available to tape the wire to the spool BEFORE
taking tension off of it) and the professionals use a plastic gadget
like an upside-down funnel to control it.  I have gotten by with being
careful.
