I'm using a 10 metre cable connected to a copper tube that is buried about 2
feet into the ground. I have only grounded the secondary to this. I would
like to run this coil in my apartment, but I don't really have a ground.
Any ideas? I previously used the metal railing on the balcony.

Shaun.
