Just one 810 will work fine for a tube coil.  I'm not really familiar
with the 5-125B tube, but it sounds like a pentode, and may be
similar to the 4-125A tetrode.  Pentodes work, but I usually
avoid them.  The capacitors can be mica, polypropylene, 
polyethylene, MMC's, etc.
