It is a moving pointer type. Using some chemical magic to raise the lettering
off of an otherwise obliterated paper label, I get GE AB40 frequency meter.
Cat. 50- 103372ANAN2 RTG120??? ( rest is missing.) Interestingly it came as a
set of three meters, 0-50 Amp AC, 0-300V AC, and the Freq. Meter. All are 4"
round meters with square bezels, but the one is GE and the other two are
Westinghouse. George and Thomas are finally working together on a Tesla
project! :-))))
