There's all kinds of goodies in those things. A few things I would take: 

transformer 
cap 
diode 
fan 
power cord (if your desperate)  they're good cause they have to carry ~12amps 
relays (if applicable) 

Is the power selector dial thingy good for anything? I havent taken one apart
in a while...
