Hi,
Hope to glean some information on HV and its effect on plants from these
posts.
I am a plant person....present programs to all age groups
re:  Florida Friendly Landscaping.
My advice, don't turn HV loose to the average homeowner,
probably kill more of them than grass :  (  or :  ).....your choice.
There has been some research done on the effects of EMR on
plants, but no conclusive results.
We did some research on using HV to kill nematodes (real problem
in FL)....it does kill them, but no practical way to make the process
safe for farmers and gardeners to use.
IMHO HV does the same thing to plant cells as it does to human
cells.....
damages, destroys, and under the right conditions, kills.
