	Haven't tried one of the EE-8 magnetos (that design goes back to the
1930's or earlier), but as a kid used to get magnetos from "country
telephones" from the junk in the basement of the local phone company. 
They used three very ordinary "U" shaped magnets and would light a 110V,
7-1/2 watt christmas tree bulb plenty bright enough to satisfy me.
