 DWP: drill a  guide hole ( yes it will be rough) then punch your hole with
a GREENLY HOLE PUNCH The punch is costly for just one hole, but it will make
a clean hole every time. You can get the punch from 3/8" to 4" so you can
plan your size neaded. I role the edge with a hard wood cone in a fast
drill. It smokes and stinks, but it works well.
