The simplest way is to see the chart at:

It has all the best cap values for all the configurations if you using an
NST.  For example, if you have a 12/60 NST, you could use either the
resonant cap size of 13.3nF, the static gap LTR size of 19.9nF, or the sync
gap LTR size of 34.6nF.

The chart also gives the configuration of Geek Group caps needed for each.
