Hi,

Although dissimilar transformers can be paralleled up, 9 and 15kV are 
pretty far apart.  You would end up at about 12 kV which is rather high for 
the smaller 9 kV transformer to handle.  A lot of current would be wasted 
too.  I think you are best off with just the 15kV in this case.
