Braindead programmer - was ACMI bug fix

The 0.7a package that I uploaded to fix a mutual inductance
problem is broken - like a clot I omitted the MSDOS build,
thus it still contained the 0.6a exe file.

Apologies to all concerned, and my thanks to Bart for 
reporting the problem.

A revised version 0.7b is uploaded. I think I've done it
right this time!
