Time for a bigger coil!

Like many coilers, my desire for bigger sparks is overpowering. So, I want to
build a bigger coil.
 
For my power supply, I have up to 4 15/30 NSTs available (not ready for a pig
yet...)
 
Basically I need some suggestions on secondary, primary and MMC sizes. I'm
*thinking* 6" x 24" wound with 22 guage wire? Should I go bigger? Will that
provide enough power handling capablities?
 
Similarly, any ideas for MMC matching? Obvioulys I want to go LTR.
 
Any help on designing a "bigger coil" will be much appreaciated
