110 from 220 was Re: Paralleling Chokes

Get a 220:110 transformer... They're cheap on the surplus market (you might
see 480:240, but that will work).  On the secondary (110V) side of the
transformer, ground the side you want to use as Neutral.  DON'T DO THIS WITH
AN AUTOTRANSFORMER!... It's gotta be a regular old 2:1 transformer with 4
leads.
