I use J-B Weld for my epoxy (potting RQ static spark gap terminals,
etc).  It sticks just about anything to just about anything else,
and had the highest stated temperature rating of any epoxy in my big
chain hardware store (600°F).  It also claims 3960 PSI tensile
strength and non-conducting.

Usually found in the auto supply section, instead of the glue section;
also, every auto parts store has it.

Only downside is it's an unattractive dark gray in color once mixed
(supposed to look like cast iron).
