Hi Shawn,

4 x 1600 = 6400 volts.  The peak voltage on a 9kV transformer is 9 x SQRT(2) =
12730 volts.  So you caps are only 1/2 the voltage they really should be.  I
don't think I would work about 30% over voltage, but 100% overvoltage is
pushing it too much I think.
