i dont mean to nitpick but electron volts 
(eV) are a unit of energy - the energy of 
an electron accelerated by a potential of 
one volt or 1.6x10^-19 J ; rather than of 
potential. If you meant something other 
than mega electron volts by MEV then, oops 
- sorry! 

also 50mA at 1,000,000V is a rather 
substantial 50kW which would surely reduce 
terminal voltage _a lot_ even on an 
absolutely huge coil
