	My _opinion_ (only that) is that either will work,

	with little to chose between them.

	Concrete, in mass, is fairly conductive.

	My impression is that 'salting' grounds is more
	a matter for poor grounds, than for general
	application.  Some references propose (or did, in
	the past) burying the electrode in _coke_
	(which may be hard to lay hands on....  Coal might
	work...)  I'll guess this is overkill also..
