Duncan,

Did this come about from the neighbors complaining to the Radiocommunications
Agency?  If so, this is the first time I have heard that on this list.  Does
your Tesla coil cause interference on your TV also?  Do you have RF filters on
your AC line that feeds the coil?  Most of the interference may be due to
conducted noise on the power line which some good filters may prevent.  It sure
would be cheaper and easier than building a faraday cage.
