Yes, I did get the Cap from ebay. It is a universal Voltronics cap
though.  Does that mean I can't use it in my tesla coil? :-(

Did you by chance get one of those Universal Voltronics ebay caps? Those
ones are for DC filter use, not AC. Large filter caps are always fun to
have
though.
