Two possible risks...
1.  The wire connections from glass envelope to pin becomes unsoldered,
     causing a high resistance / intermittent electrical connection.
2.  Excessive heat transfered through pin electrode wire causing a gas leak
     at the tube's glass seal.
In general, avoid soldering to tube electrodes unless repairing a bad pin
joint (or plate cap) connection.
