Potential Transformers Avaliable

Original poster: "Terry Blake by way of Terry Fritz <twftesla-at-qwest-dot-net>" <tb3-at-att-dot-net>

Hi all,

At a recent Teslathon, I showed a coil powered by a potential transformer,
ballasted by a 500 foot roll of 12 gauge wire. The transformer looks like a
car battery and is about 95 pounds. It is a 1.5 KVA, and I typically run it
at about 20 A and 120 volts. At that input, the output is 14,400V and 175
mA. It packs a punch, is compact, and not too heavy.

Anyway, there is one for sale now on eBay for a "Buy it now" price of $280.

If you can pay the price, it is a nice tranny. But, if you don't like that
price, the seller has at least 5 more that he would part with for $200 (plus
shipping).

All you have to do is contact him directly and tell him I (Terry Blake) sent
you for the $200 PT deal.

He is Matt Stiger, and his email is;

Or contact him through the eBay page if you like.

Cheers.
