We use these all the time.  Its probably one of the better differential
probes on the market.
They definitely good up to at least 1500 VDC.  We use them all the time over
1000V.

They have selectable bandwidth, and a selectable range setting (hi/lo).  You
really can't blow them up
unless you hook them up to ridiculous voltages.  They are over voltage
protected and will beep like heck and let you know it!!!
