Ken,

midpoint grounded NST's cannot safely be connected in series,
but they can be connected in parallel.  NST's of somewhat
different voltages such as 12/30 and 15/30 can be parallelled,
and are said to work OK that way.  No special measures are
needed to apply the power.  Just be sure the NST's are in phase.
