Control panel grounding

Hi list,

Wiring a control panel I have 240 and 120 coming in. I'll be using only the 
red and black from the 240 volt line to power a pig, the 120 will be used 
for the contactor and other relays, lamps, etc.

Each has a green wire. Do I connect both to the panel itself?
