Antonio, Terry,

I've done some work in the past with magnifiers using a separate
adjustable C2, but the inductance ratios were not optimized according
to Antonios formulas.  Lou Balint also did similar work at higher
powers than I did.  No improvement in quenching or spark lengths
was seen.  This work had all been discussed on this list a number
of years ago.  It's possible the use of more suitable inductance
ratios, etc will now give some benefit, I don't know.
