         Having worked with some 12.5 mA fuses
         (tho NOT good for HV....) one Point to be
         aware of:

         Some (notably older) ohmeter's have sense
         currents that can exceed the fusing current...
         8)>>

         (For Other Reasons, I have to be aware of this:
         Older ohmeters can exceed 1A current on low ohms
         ranges...)
