G-10 glass laminate phenolic plate, 1/2 inch thick x 12 inch outer dia.
Use 12 electrodes on 11 inch dia. circle and run at 1725 RPM with a 1/2 hp
elec. motor.

G-10 available from almost any large city plastics fabricator shop.  Or, you
can order it from McMaster-Carr Co. in Chicago.

Also, don't use fiberglass.  Not strong enough and usually not finished well
so it would easily be out of balance when rotated.
