TC triggered high energy discharge

How would one go about arranging a test set up to discharge a very large
energy (50 kJ) through a TC created streamer.

The big cap bank might be, say 10-15 uF, charged up to, say 50-100 kV....

You can't "float" the TC up to 50 kV, because the discharge would have to go
through the TC secondary.

Maybe some scheme where you get two streamers at once, one connected to
"ground of the cap bank" and the other connected to the "hot" of the cap
bank, with the TC toroid being like the trigger electrode in a three
electrode gap?

Maybe some sort of capacitive coupling that has low impedance at the TC
frequency?
