kVA Effects installs a miniature Tesla coil (our smallest ever!) at the 
newest permanent attraction in the resort city of Wisconsin Dells, WI. 
Visitors to "Top Secret", an upside down White House, pass beneath the arcs 
of the Model 7J in what appears to be the "warp core" of an alien's hidden

Wisconsin Dells is one of the most popular resort towns in the mid-west 
United States and is less than ten miles from another Tesla coil landmark; 
Baraboo WI, home of Resonance Research Corp..

kVA Effects now has permanent installations in Dortmund Germany, Seoul 
Korea, Chatsworth California, Akron Ohio (x2), Mexico City Mexico,
